Why does Rythm vs GoodLabs matter?
Because Rythm is the at-home ad you keep seeing, and it is a bigger search brand than Superpower.
People type Rythm and Rhythm. The pitch is painless, monthly, 25+ markers, results fast. That is a real product. It is not the same as walking into Quest or LabCorp and adding to years of results you already have.
Function is the $365 club. Superpower is the $199 club. Rythm is the $79-a-month habit. GoodLabs is none of those. If the ad that got you here was a heat pack and a small sample, this is the page that says what you give up for that ease.

The company is Rythm. Almost everyone searches Rhythm. Same product.
Google, Reddit, and half the reviews spell it with two h's. The site is rythmhealth.com. If you landed here from "rhythm health review" or "is rhythm health legit," you are in the right place. I am not going to make you care about the missing h. I am going to make you care about $79 times 12.
What is the actual difference?
Rythm is a monthly kit. GoodLabs is a cart and a regular draw.

What does a year of Rythm cost?
$79 times 12 is $948 if you never skip, plus whatever checkout adds for the kit and shipping.
They let you skip up to 90 days and cancel. If you actually skip three months, you are closer to $711. That is still a subscription. A GoodLabs ferritin on the Quest catalog is $9. A comprehensive panel is $195, about $156 with 20JO on a first order.
Some reviews in 2026 put all-in Rythm closer to $100 a month once the collection kit and two-way shipping hit checkout. I am using their advertised $79 here and telling you to read the checkout line. Same rule I use for 20JO: the marketing number is not the receipt.

Rythm's pitch is frequency: monthly capillary samples so trends show up fast. GoodLabs' pitch is completeness plus history: a real tube at Quest or LabCorp, and the numbers you already paid for.
Is a finger-stick kit the same test?
No. Easy is not the same sample.
Rythm is at-home collection. Small sample. Their lab story is in-house, CLIA, CAP. That can be a real lab. It is still not the Quest or LabCorp draw your doctor has been using for a decade. Methods, ranges, and which markers even exist on a tiny sample are not interchangeable with a venous panel.
I care about this because I already have years of Quest and LabCorp ferritin. I want the next point on that line, not a new line that starts at kit number one with a different method. If you have no history and you will only test if the box is on the counter, the kit wins. If you are trying to watch one marker across labs and years, it does not.
Public Rythm lists include useful names: ApoB, ferritin, TSH, vitamin D, hormones. The list is still 25+ markers. GoodLabs will sell you a 75-marker comprehensive, or a $4 CBC, or a $12 ApoB, without a month attached.
When is Rythm the right product?
When you will not go to a lab. Full stop.
If a kit on the kitchen counter is the only way you will test, pay $79 and stop reading. Convenience is the product. Athletes and busy people are who they market to. The kit is real. The lab is not Quest or LabCorp. That cannot match a full venous panel. If 25+ markers a month is enough for you, Rythm wins on ease.
They advertise results in under 48 hours. Their FAQ says within 3 business days if you ship the sample back on time. Plan for the FAQ, hope for the ad.
Stay on Rythm if:
- You will not book Quest or LabCorp. That is the whole decision.
- Monthly trends on 25+ markers are the job, not a 75-marker baseline.
- You will actually skip months when you do not need a kit, not "forget" and pay $79 anyway.
When is GoodLabs the right product?
When you can get to a Quest or LabCorp, you want more than 25 markers, and you already have history in those systems.

If I can skip or cancel, is it still a membership?
Yes. Until you skip or cancel, you are on a monthly product.
Rythm's skip policy is real: up to 90 days at a time from the dashboard, no charge for skipped months. Cancel is also in the dashboard. I am not going to claim they trap you. I am going to claim that $79 is the default, and defaults get paid.
They recommend at least three tests before you skip, to build a baseline. Three months is $237 before you have "permission" from the product to stop. A GoodLabs comprehensive on the Quest catalog is $195, about $156 with 20JO, and that baseline is a venous panel you can recheck a la carte later.
GoodLabs does not have a month to skip because there is no month.
What do people mix up?
They mix "easy" with "the same test."
"Rythm is cheaper." One month can be cheaper than a full GoodLabs panel. A year of never-skipping Rythm is not cheaper than buying the markers you actually recheck.
"It is the same labs." No. Rythm is at-home capillary collection. GoodLabs is a venous draw at Quest, LabCorp, or BioReference. Different sample, different menu.
"I can cancel, so it is not a membership." You can skip and cancel. Until you do, you are on a monthly product. GoodLabs does not have a month to skip.
