Why is everyone asking if Function Health is worth it?

Because $365 is real money, and the homepage makes it sound like you have no other way to get the tests.

People land on Function after a doctor would not order ApoB, or after a physical that skipped iron. The membership is a clean story: pay once, get a mountain of data, come back in six months. Those roundups skip paying per test. That is the gap this page is for.

If you will actually use Function's twice-a-year list, $365 can be a lot of tests per dollar. That is the honest win. If you already paid Quest last year and you only needed three markers this year, you are paying $365 to ignore data you own.

When is Function Health worth $365?

When you have almost no baseline and you will actually look at 160 markers twice.

When is Function not worth $365?

When you already have years of results and you are about to pay $365 to pretend you do not.

If Quest and LabCorp already have your history, a membership that starts you in a new login is a second copy of data you paid for. If you only needed ferritin, thyroid, and ApoB this year, you can buy those. You do not need 157 extra markers to justify a yearly bill.

"A dollar a day" is a slogan. It is true as arithmetic. It is false as a test plan if half of those markers already exist in MyQuest.

Stay off Function if you recheck a handful of markers, if you bounce between Quest and LabCorp, or if you wanted a $9 ferritin in July without a renewal email.

Is Superpower worth $199 instead?

It is cheaper than Function. It is still a yearly panel.

Is Rythm Health worth $79 a month?

If you will not go to a lab. That is the whole decision.

Rythm Health, also searched as Rhythm Health, is an at-home kit. About $79 a month, 25+ markers, skip or cancel. $79 times 12 is $948 if you never skip. Some checkouts add kit and shipping on top of $79. Read the receipt.
